Thor L. Legvold

Thor is a psychologist specialist with a focus on organisational development, particularly on cross-cultural/international teams, culture, communication, perception, and attention training. He has over 20 years of experience in organisational psychology from both the private and public sector. Thor has over 10 years of experience in entrepreneurship where he worked extensively with development programs to help both immigrants and locals to start and run their own businesses.

Thor has experience of working with all levels of management, focused on coaching, team development, and change management at the organisational level. He also started, and continues to run, several companies, which has added to his wealth of management and leadership experience.
