June has 25 years' experience in a range of management positions in a variety of industries. She has worked in local, regional, and international organizations, including start-up companies. She has extensive experience in the finance and oil and energy industries, but also in sales, service, and property. June also has 10 years' experience in humanitarian work, and as the founder of an aid organization, she has been a partner of Global Dignity Norway. She has extensive experience working with boards, ranging from reporting to boards, to sitting on boards herself. With her varied background, June has gained a unique insight and understanding of the big picture view of organisations, the interaction between different mechanisms and processes, and the way that different employees and groups work together.
At Bjørnson, June works with business development, and customer and market work, where the company's digital investment is a central task. She has a strong knowledge of management, organizational development, culture building, change and implementation processes, and digitalisation.
June has a bachelor's degree in economics, administration, and management, and a post-graduate degree from the BI School of Economics in accounting and tax. She has completed the Solstrand program at AFF and is an authorized financial advisor. June is the author of a specialist book on management, entitled "The Norwegian Management Model".
