Bjørnson Online - Digital learning modules

Bjørnson Online digital learning modules deliver a competence boost across a broad range of leadership and organisation topics, with the goal of maximizing leader potential so that robust learning and performance cultures can be developed. Content is designed applying our learnings from over 20 years of helping public and private organisations of all sizes meet their development goals.

Follow one of our development plans, create a custom learning path, or work through modules ad hoc, investing in areas with growth opportunity. Digital learning modules can be accessed on your phone, computer, or tablet, so that training can be completed whatever way is most convenient.

Modules include video lessons, knowledge tests, inspiration for reflection, practice tips, and links to resources for supplemental learning. Content is under constant development to ensure that training material for the most current and relevant topics is always available.

Bjørnson Online is designed for leadership development, though some modules that are relevant to employees of all levels and can help to raise the skill level of teams. Modules are accessible in Norwegian and English.
