Ingrid has a master's degree in change management and a Cand.mag (master's equivalent) in public finance and administration. She has more than 20 years of management experience from positions within consultancy, the oil industry, and the public sector. Her managerial experience is versatile, and includes project management, HR, cultural and organizational development, finance, and strategy and business development. Ingrid has a strong commitment to the development of sustainable and performance-oriented organisations that make a real-world impact.

As CEO and partner, Ingrid is focused on ensuring that Bjørnson consistently provides effective, high quality services. At the same time, she leads the growth and development of the organisation and workplace. In this work, Ingrid is keen to involve employees and to use the resources and expertise they possess.
