Kathrine has a bachelor's degree in organizational psychology, and a master's degree in change management and formal competence in labor law. She has extensive experience in the HR field, both as an HR manager and an HR business partner. Kathrine is practiced in team development, leadership development, management support and guidance, recruitment, onboarding and exit processes, and change management. She also has valuable experience from cooperation and negotiation with trade unions.
Kathrine is customer- and solution-oriented, and is particularly keen to use her insight and extensive experience in management, HR, and organisation to design and facilitate change processes that create positive, lasting results. At Bjørnson, Kathrine works with team and leadership development, work enviroment mapping and development, conflict management, and leadership guidance.
