Erlend works with employee and management development, management guidance, management group development, conflict management, team development, working environment initiatives, stress management, and process facilitation. He is a specialist in clinical adult psychology, and has extensive experience in clinical businesses, with different client groups, and with several different approaches. Erlend spent several years working with group therapy and supervising therapists, was a team leader at the Group Polyclinic at Jæren DPS, and worked with work-focused short-term therapy at Frisk Spesialist.
Erlend is passionate about making depth psychology available, and ensuring that the knowledge shared is concrete, easy to understand, and applicable in working life. He is gifted at inspiring group conversation and developing constructive processes, where he uses interaction and dynamics between individuals and group to achieve change and development. He is the co-author of a research article on conflict management, and has extensive experience in teaching and lecturing. He is a skilled communicator and receives consistently positive feedback. Erlend has a degree in psychology from the University of Bergen.
