Steven holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Exeter, and master’s and PhD degrees in organizational psychology from the University of Sheffield, UK. With a particular focus in strategic organizational development, his doctoral research explored virtual teams in Rolls-Royce and BAE Systems. Steven has published several scientific articles and book chapters on various topics within organizational psychology.
As a consultant and advisor with more than 25 years of experience in the field of organizational psychology, Steven has worked with clients from a variety of industries in several countries. He has also been involved in strategic product development that led to patented solutions and has received research grants from several funding agencies. Steven has also developed technical expertise in programming, application development, database management and advanced statistical analysis.
Steven supports businesses in their work with strategic organizational development, through systematic assessment and development of organizational culture, work environment and employee engagement. He assists clients with making data-driven decisions in relation to HR strategy and initiatives and ensures that the HR strategy is adapted to the organization’s goals and context. Steven also has experience with advising in connection with change processes, personality assessments, evaluation of candidates for leadership positions, and management due diligence of leaders and management teams in connection with private equity acquisitions.
