Ingvild has a master's degree in occupational and organisational psychology from the University of Bergen, and has completed further organisational psychology training including certification in the Jung Type Index (JTI) and the "Effect" management group mapping tool. She has extensive work experience in HR and organisational development in public enterprise, and has worked with change processes, culture-building, recruitment, and the development of teams, managers, and management groups. In addition, Ingvild is experienced in work environment surveys, work environment development, and managing conflict and whistle-blowing cases.
Ingvild's goal is to support and develop leaders and organizations so that they can achieve their objectives. She uses a curious, listening approach, and is skilled at involving managers and employees in participatory processes that generate desired outcomes.
Ingvild is an associate senior consultant at Bjørnson, and works with conflict management, working environment development, team and leadership development, organizational development, and HR consultancy.
