Cecilie is a psychologist specialist in clinical psychology, and a specialist in substance abuse and addiction. She has built up unique expertise with consultancy, management support, and mediating activities within conflict, harassment, and whistleblowing in working life. She also has experience in advising people who are exposed in the media.
Through years of experience, Cecilie has developed unique insight into impact that whistle-blowing cases can have on both employers and employees. She is engaged in spreading knowledge about the proper handling of whistle-blowing cases through social debate, working life, and the field of education. This has led to numerous collaborations, including work with the Government's notification committee, the Norwegian Labor Inspectorate, the Norwegian Police Directorate, the Norwegian University of Applied Sciences, and BI business school's master in organization and management. She has also shared her knowledge of the field in the media and in various professional journals. In addition to this work, Cecilie has run extensive concept development and course activities on dialogue and interaction for the Norwegian Armed Forces.
Cecilie has extensive experience from working with employees, managers, individuals, and groups within the fields of organisation, clinical psychology, and counselling. She is an experienced communicator driven by engaged conversation, and is passionate about conveying messages vividly and intimately, and contributing to insights that last.
