Erik Dale

Erik is a trained nurse and has further education in organization and management from the University of Agder (UiA). He is also certified in coaching (UiA) and process management (Lent), as well as mapping and developing organisational culture (Barret's Value Centre).

He has worked with organisation, management, and communication since 1998. Erik has extensive management experience, including as the executive vice president of HR, communication, and HSE in the nationwide contracting company Kruse Smith. Erik was also the co-founder and general manager of the communications house Dale+Bang in Kristiansand, an environment that experienced formidable growth as a significant communication environment outside Oslo. Erik has worked as a consultant in organisation and management for a number of national clients, both in the private and public sectors. He has extensive experience from board positions in several companies and organizations, including aid, sports and volunteering.

Erik is known for his energy and commitment and is also an experienced speaker and facilitator.
