Christian Søreide

Christian has experience from targeted improvement in both strategic and operational level in organisations. He has been working with both small and large teams in high-stakes organisations to improve goal achievement. For several years he has been facilitating safe learning environments to enhance implementation of new knowledge and guidelines.

Christian is concerned with creating a sense of mastery and efficacy in the people and teams he works with. He creates a common language to facilitate meaningful reflections and discussions surrounding the themes that are important to you as a client. He has co-authored a scientific article regarding leadership style and the emergence of trust. He has much experience both as a course developer and public speaker and have received much appraisal regarding this.

Christian holds a Bachelor’s and Masters degree in Organisational Psychology from the University of Bergen. He has completed an exchange program at UC Berkley where he studied organisational strategy and design. He has further education in project leadership, curriculum design and simulation training.
