Mai has broad experience from the public health sector where she has worked in project management, in management process support, and as an advisor and internal consultant in management and organizational development. In management development, she has experience working with the strategic development of offers, and in the training and mentoring of managers. Mai has also worked as a course instructor for the topics of leadership, change management, project management, employee follow-up, difficult conversations, systematic HSE and improvement work.
At Bjørnson, Mai works with organisational development, leadership development, working environment development, guidance, and manager training. With her experience from various types of change work, she is effective in supporting managers and management groups facing demanding changes. As both a person and advisor, Mai is relationship-oriented, is analytical, and is a good listener. She is an engaging speaker, and has the ability to inspire and motivate those around her. Mai has a master's degree in occupational and organizational psychology from the University of Bergen.
