Customer satisfaction

After many years of service, our customers have given us an average score of 5.4 out of 6 on the question: “how satisfied are you overall with Bjørnson’s product?”  
 
We are proud of the result, which both inspires and challenges us to continue to satisfy customer-expectations for high quality collaboration, and services that deliver results.
 
Evaluating our work is an important basis for Bjørnson’s overall quality control and improvement. Feedback is continously gathered through a number of survey questions, evaluating the quality of services provided on a scale of 1-6, where 1 is “very little satisfaction” and 6 is “very high satisfaction”.
