Executive coaching is a structured and goal oriented process which is intended to strengten a leader in their role and help them realise their potential. We begin by identifying the leaders' developmental goals and needs, their subjective experience in their role in the organisation, responsibility, authority, and opportunity.
From this initial meeting, we define goals and themes for coaching which are evaluated systematically to ensure effectiveness and to stay focused on the predefined goals. Coaching can be conducted independently, or as a supplement to a leadership development programme. The coaching engagement is determined based on need, but for example can consist of 5-10 sessions over the space of 3-6 months.
