Organisational culture is an exciting topic related to the values and norms that are evident in an organisation, and that help shape how leaders and employees think, act, and behave.

In this module we look more closely at what organisational culture is, how it shapes our workplace, and how leaders can influence the way it develops. Leaders have an important role in developing a robust learning and performance culture.
