Bjørnson Online

In our leadership development programmes, we focus on developing and strengthening leadership skills and on creating robust learning and performance cultures.

Through Bjørnson Online, we offer digital access to our expertise and supplemental tools for our training and development programmes.

This offering is under constant development and consists of a number of digital learning modules in Norwegian and English.

Bjørnson Online enables us to deliver a more flexible and cost-effective management development offer, that can be used based on clients' individual needs, regardless of time and place. The offering allows us to focus more on training and reflection at physical management meetings, and to make even better use of the time we spend with managers and management groups.

Through an exciting research project in collaboration with the Business School at the University of Stavanger, we are developing a leadership development app called MODUS, which will be ready for our customers in 2023. MODUS will help us further expand digital access to our expertise. MODUS will provide training in key management skills via your mobile phone, and will offer a tool for tracking and following-up on employee development.

Get in touch if you would like to learn more about Bjørnson Online or MODUS.
