She has more than 20 years of management experience from positions within consultancy, the oil industry, and the public sector. Her managerial experience is versatile, and includes project management, HR, cultural and organizational development, finance, and strategy and business development. Ingrid has a strong commitment to the development of sustainable and performance-oriented organisations that make a real-world impact.
