Øivind is a licensed specialist in work and organisational psychology. He has extensive experience as a consultant developing businesses in both the public and private sectors, including finance, oil, trade and industry. He has extensive experience in both middle and top management development and broad experience in team development, leadership guidance and management audits.
He is partner and founder of Bjørnson, established in 2001. His vision was to make organisational psychology applicable and to the business sector. For more than 20 years, Øivind's work has been based on the thesis that people are an organisation’s primary competitive advantage.
Øivind is an engaging speaker with excellent communication skills. In 2012, Øivind received the Inspiration Award from the Norwegian Psychological Association, Rogaland Chapter.
