At Bjørnson, Steven works primarily in the area of assessment, which includes employee opinion and work engagement surveys, 360-degree feedback, and selection process support.
Prior to joining Bjørnson, Steven worked for 8 years as a consultant, product developer and internal expert at SHL’s head office in the UK. This role involved design and delivery of bespoke assessment and talent management solutions, alongside development of new products.
Steven has a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Exeter, and a Master’s degree in Organisational Psychology from the University of Sheffield. In 2005, he completed a doctorate (Ph.D.) in organisational psychology, also from the University of Sheffield, in the area of virtual teams and distributed collaboration.
