Leadership guidance

The leadership guidance organised by Bjørnson aims to strengthen leadership skills and draw upon a leaders potential in a structured way. The purpose of this process is to help individuals to become a better leader and to be more comfortable in their role as leader. Initially, a consultant will help the leader to reflect on their own needs, as well as discuss their experience of their own role within the organisation, their responsibilities, autonomy and opportunities. 

Following goals and themes are established and developed for the leadership guidance. The guidance is evaluated systematically to ensure efficacy and appropriate goal orientation. Leadership guidance can be provided on an independent basis or as a supplement to a leadership development program. Leadership guideance typically requires a commitment of 5-10 hours over a 3-6 month period, depending on the needs of the individual client.
