Our values

Bjørnson's core values are Expertise (Fagkunnskap), Engagement (Engasjement), Profitability (Lønnsomhet) and Trust (Tillit). These values are the result of an audit conducted in 2007, where customers and employees participated helping to identify and refine the company's core values. This value base has since been utilised in the operation and development of our own company, as well as throughout the services we offer to our customers.

Bjørnson is built on a solid foundation of professional psychological knowledge. No matter which product or service we are working with this is always our starting point. 

All consultants working with Bjørnson are qualified psychologists and are subject to strict professional and ethical principles. Bjørnson requires staff to partake in continuing professional development and specialise in the areas of either organisational or clinical psychology.
