Evaluation and reflection on our work is a natural part of Bjørnson's overall endeavour for continued quality and improvement. In order to achieve this we continually seek client feedback. We therefore evaluate our deliveries upon their completion using the Questback tool for data collection. The Questback form consists of several questions pertaining to key issues relating to the overall quality of the deliveries. The Questback tool requests that clients evaluate criteria on a scale of 1 - 6, where 1 is "To a very small extent" and 6 is "To the highest degree."
